Throughout history Italian’s have been known for their Architecture, design and engineering but one thing in particular always grabs and maintains our interest, and that is Italian Motorcycles! Our excitement went into overload when we saw this custom Moto Guzzi V35 aka Diabola built by Venier Customs.
Venier Customs designs are created through the art direction of Stefano Venier and the builds are brought into reality through the hands of master mechanic Ivan Delle Vedove and his team. All the parts like seats, paints, leavers and others come from artisan Italian shops and companies.
According to Stefano “Our motorcycles are remade in Italy by a crew of expert designers, mechanics and body workers. Our intent is to shed all the problems and artifacts that mass production gave to these incredible machines. Often times beautiful motors and frames were covered up by cheap and undeveloped parts.
Motorcycles are restored, redesigned and rebuilt using top quality parts while keeping the structure of the bike intact. It’s always possible to return it to the original shape. We think that even if we don’t like the original form of the bikes, they deserve to keep their historical value.
Depending on the final design, Venier Customs are motorcycles made with custom hand made parts, like seats, tanks, fenders, sides and brackets. We hand make whatever is necessary to achieve a perfect result. There is no abs or plastic on our body parts. Everything is made out of steel or aluminum. We work on unique motorcycles, and we believe that the only way to do it is by hand making all the details”.
With the build of this Moto Guzzi V35 Diabola, Venier Customs managed to retain the original engine and completely revised all its parts. Since the weight was on the front of the bike, the frame was realigned and rebalanced. At the front this custom Moto Guzzi V35 features a Tommaselli handlebar and all the original parts were maintained and restored including the hydraulic fork.
The control unit mechanical and electrics were fully restored and reconditioned and the brakes of this beauty were completely overhauled. The finished bike was completely repainted in two component glossy black overall, with alloy wheels in black. The seat and the back splash of this custom Moto Guzzi V 35 were custom engineered from scratch. Venier Customs also made the custom brackets to hold the front light, drains, tachometer and plate.
With a first build that looks like this I’m sure we will be seeing a lot more from Venier Customs. As always pictures tell the true story of this beauty, launch the gallery and take a look up close!
E questa?
ha il manubrio troppo basso e non ha le ruote tacchettate, ma sono dettagli che facilmente possono essere cambiati
