Based in Dresden – Saxony Germany and founded by Nico is The HOOKIE. From what we know Nico’s work background is in the creative field, which we don’t doubt when you look at his work.

The Hookie are not just into building great custom motorbikes they also make some very cool T-shirts, and provide a customization service for all two-wheels and parts.

Yamaha SR 2The bike we are talking about today is the Woody – ‘the little bastard’ is what Nico calls it. The heart of Woody SR 250 is a 1982 Yamaha SR 250, 238ccm engine which is a single cylinder, air cooled motorcycle produced from 1980 to 1982 in the United States. Woody SR 250 beautifully built with great passion and creativity.

Woody features: Mikuni carburator, biltwell kung fu grip, rear & front fender, mini signals, 18×3.00 front wheel, 16×120/90 rear, solo seat, wooden number plate, steel battery box, complete rewiring was done and has a nice aluminium finish tank with Yamaha decal. Wrapped up exhaust, nicely placed rear tail lights, and last but no least a wicked headlight.

You would love to take Woody for a spin on a sunny afternoon in Dresden Germany.
