If your looking for a Café racer and don’t know how to build your own, Ryca Motors is the place you should be looking. Located in Los Angeles California and operated by Former NASA engineer Casey Stevenson.
Casey always wanted to build a lightweight Café Racer to cruise around L.A on. He imagined a motorcycle with a Japanese engine and with a classic café style. Soon he discovered that his ultimate thumper Café Racer was hidden inside a bike known as the Suzuki Boulevard S40, also known as the Savage. The S40 has been around for over 20 years and you can still buy them brand new.
Some one with NASA engineering background planning to build a Café Racer, we know what the outcome will be. Casey’s idea was to create an ultimate custom Café Racer kit with all parts and accessories, which later can be used to transform any Suzuki S40 into a kick ass Café Racer. So if you have got any tools in your garage this kit is for you, to get your hands dirty and build your own Café Racer.
The heart of Ryca CS-1 is a 650cc, air-cooled, middleweight single-cylinder engine and a five-speed tranny and producing 60 mpg, up to 60 miles per gallon.
