Sportster Forty-Eight by Hide Motorcycle

If you are thinking about getting a custom sportster Hide Motorcycle’s portfolio is packed with 40 tailored sportsters. Their custom Harley has won the Best Of Show Motorcycle at Yokohama Hot Rod Custom show in 2006 and 2007 and top ten at the AMD European World Championship in 2007.

Based on a 2011 XL1200X Forty-Eight Hide Motorcycle has stripped down the stock bike to the bare minimum. At the rear the frame was heavily modified to adapt the new style. The stock engine is fitted with HDM air cleaner and a HDM oval megaphone muffler. The fabrication work includes hand-fabricated fuel tank and the front and rear fender. The modified bikes at Hide Motorcycles are loaded with in-house made custom parts.

At the front the bike features a dropper handlebar with HDM meter and indicator bracket. At the rear this custom Sportster Forty-Eight features Orleans shock with HDM tail assy. To add a classic touch to the bike Hide Motorcycle has added Firestone tires. Other HDM modifications include key cylinder & IG coil bracket and the finished bike was powder coated and painted with gloss black and brown.
